Who we are

Guttweiler Inc. is a service-area contractor. This notice applies to the online estimate-request form on guttweiler.com.

Information you provide

The form asks for only the information needed to review and respond to a project request:

• Your name.
• A phone number and/or email address.
• Your preferred project-contact method.
• Your city or ZIP code, selected service and optional project details.
• Your agreement to be contacted about the requested project.

The form does not request a full street address, payment information, government identification, insurance information, signatures, sensitive documents or file uploads.

Information processed for security

Information submitted through the estimate-request form, including project details, may be checked automatically to help detect spam, abuse, malicious content, invalid requests or excessive submissions. The hosting platform may also process ordinary request metadata, such as the request path, method, status, timestamp and security or routing signals. These checks are used only to protect the form and process legitimate requests. They may use validation, technical limits and temporary security signals. They are separate from the limited website measurement described below.

How information is used

Information is used to validate, protect and deliver the estimate request; allow Guttweiler Inc. to review the requested service; respond manually about that project; prevent spam and service abuse; and diagnose coarse delivery failures without logging form contents. It is not used for marketing, profiling, automated decisions or behavioral tracking.

Contact regarding the requested project

If you submit the form, Guttweiler Inc. may contact you manually by phone, text or email about that project, using the contact method you selected when possible. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. The request does not enroll you in marketing messages, automated promotional texts or an email list. You may withdraw project-contact permission by telling Guttweiler Inc. through one of the contact methods below.

When an estimate request is submitted, the request may include a record that the project-contact authorization was accepted, the version of the notice shown and the server receipt time.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website and processes requests so the form can operate. Resend is configured as the transactional email provider for accepted estimate requests, using the dedicated sending subdomain send.guttweiler.com to route one message to the official Guttweiler Inc. inbox at Gmail. Online submissions remain governed by separately controlled form-activation gates.

These providers process request, message and delivery metadata under their applicable terms and may use subprocessors. Resend states that email data is retained for 30 days on standard plans. Provider contracts, subprocessors, access and deletion procedures remain subject to ongoing legal and vendor review.

Limited website measurement

If separately approved and enabled for the public Production website, Guttweiler Inc. will use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views and a limited set of interactions: call, text, email and estimate links; the first real interaction with the estimate form; validation or delivery categories; and confirmed form completion.

Custom measurement events are designed not to include names, phone numbers, email addresses, contact preferences, city or ZIP values, selected services, project details, consent text, provider identifiers, request identifiers, form contents, free text or error stacks. The purpose is to understand website use and improve the website, not to build customer profiles or connect form contents to analytics events.

Vercel is the measurement provider. Its current Web Analytics documentation states that visitor identification does not use third-party cookies and instead uses a hash derived from the incoming request, with the visitor session discarded after 24 hours. That statement is limited to Vercel Web Analytics and is not a claim that no cookie or network-level processing can occur anywhere in the hosting or browser stack.

No sale

The estimate-request process does not sell form information or use it for targeted advertising. Limited processing by hosting, delivery and inbox providers is necessary to operate the request process under their applicable terms.

Retention

The application is designed without a form database, persistent application-side submission copy or deliberate form-body logs. Parsed form data exists only while a request is being handled. Resend retains the resulting email data for 30 days on standard plans, and the official inbox holds the delivered message for manual follow-up. The current plan is to delete non-converted estimate requests from the inbox 12 months after the last communication. That schedule remains subject to final legal review. Records for work that becomes a customer project may be retained separately for legitimate business, recordkeeping and legal needs under a separately governed process.

Security

The form uses server-side validation, request limits, same-origin checks, short-lived abuse controls, restricted provider credentials and generic error messages. Delivery remains behind independent feature controls, and credentials are stored only in the server environment. Access to the official inbox and delivery provider is limited to authorized personnel, with strong authentication required. No online process can guarantee absolute security.

Access or deletion

To ask about information associated with an estimate request or request deletion, email guttweiler@gmail.com. Guttweiler Inc. may need to verify the request in a proportionate way and may retain information where required for an active project, legal obligation or legitimate recordkeeping need.

Children

The estimate-request process is intended for people seeking property services and is not directed to children. It is not designed to create child profiles or provide child-targeted services. Contact Guttweiler Inc. if you believe a child submitted information through the form.

Changes

This notice will be reviewed before any change to the form fields, purpose, providers, recipients, retention, uploads, automation, marketing, analytics or tracking. The effective date or last-updated date must be adjusted on the actual day that Web Analytics is approved and published; this Preview does not change the current public date.
